A Paradigm sanity check of leakage targets

As valuable as identifying leaks is, showing that an area does not contain significant leakage can be just as useful as it allows leak detection resources to be deployed to areas where they can be more useful.

In this case study, Paradigm improved the accuracy of resource deployment by showing that an area’s actual minimum night flow (MNF) matched the model’s expectations for the number of consumers in the area, where previously it was being targeted for leak detection activities based on an older MNF target.
