Stuart Mawditt

Managing Director

Stuart is a chartered engineer with fourteen years’ experience working as a consultant to water companies both in the UK and internationally.

He has a breadth of experience and knowledge covering hydraulic modelling, leakage targeting, network optimisation, and regulatory reporting.

Raasheed Pakwashi

Technical Director

Raasheed is a senior engineer with over eleven years’ experience working as a consultant and data analyst to water companies both in the UK and internationally.

He specialises in developing automated solutions to existing BAU processes and in exploring and investigating new methods for analysis.

Alan Gosling

Principal Engineer

Alan has an extensive knowledge of leakage management, including operational ALC processes and leakage economics calculations.

He has experience in the construction, calibration, and use of network models in both planning and operational environments.

Matt Smith

Senior Engineer

Matt is in his seventh year working as a consultant to water companies both in the UK and internationally.

Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL, he has an eye for analytics and is currently broadening his knowledge of analytical tools and platforms.

Sam Leese

Project Engineer

Having worked for a large UK water company before joining SME Water, Sam has six years experience in leakage targeting and delivering business change.

He has a positive outlook and is developing a strong understanding of network hydraulics and analysis approaches.

Richard Francis

Project Engineer

With a data analytics career background and three years’ experience as a project engineer, Richard enjoys delving straight into client data sets.

He works closely with our clients to identify anomalies and supports the teams tasked with investigating issues onsite.

Jennifer Coles

Accounts Administrator

With over seventeen years’ experience in office administration, Jenny provides invaluable support to both our management and project teams and ensures the smooth running of our operations.

Edwin Williams

Programme Manager

Ed is a programme manager with over 12 years’ experience working as a consultant and project manager to water companies across the UK.

With an engineering background he has gained a range of experience and knowledge of clean water network management processes and delivering key business change.

Marry Cabauatan-Villaneuva

Data Scientist

With a background in computational mathematics and machine learning, Marry is a member of the research and development team working on models and front-end development. She draws on years of experience in education in both the US and Sweden, where she specialised in physics, maths and technology.
