He has a breadth of experience and knowledge covering hydraulic modelling, leakage targeting, network optimisation, and regulatory reporting.

Spearheading the company’s move towards becoming a SaaS provider, Technical Director Raasheed has worked as an engineering consultant to water companies in the UK and internationally throughout his career.

He specialises in developing automated solutions to existing BAU processes and in exploring new methods for analysis.

Kate has a wealth of experience in supporting business growth and change across a number of industry sectors. She has previous experience in developing and implementing business processes for small to medium sized businesses.

With over a decade of experience as a consultant to water companies both in the UK and internationally, Matt is proficient in Python and PostgreSQL. With a keen eye for analytics he is currently broadening his knowledge of analytical tools and platforms.

Having worked for a large UK water company before joining SME Water, Sam has broad experience in leakage targeting and delivering business change.

He has a positive outlook and is developing a strong understanding of network hydraulics and analysis approaches.

With a data analytics career background and several years’ experience as a project engineer, Richard has worked alongside our clients across various Dynamo, Acoustic Analysis and Paradigm projects.

Most recently, Richard has produced the content for the well-received Paradigm Academy.

With extensive experience in office administration, Jenny provides invaluable support to both our management and project teams and ensures the smooth running of our operations.

Ed is a programme manager with a strong track record as a consultant and project manager to water companies across the UK.

With an engineering background, he brings extensive knowledge of clean water network management processes and experience in delivering key business change.

With a background in computational mathematics and machine learning, Marry is a member of the research and development team working on models and front-end development. She draws on years of experience in education in both the US and Sweden, where she specialised in physics, maths and technology.

Leona is an AI Solutions Developer who is leading our Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Edge Hill University.

She brings experience as a Data Analyst in the utilities sector and is passionate about programming and database design.

Known for a proactive approach, collaborative mindset and a passion for translating complex requirements into elegant, performant digital experiences, Braulin is a results driven Front End Engineer with broad experience designing and delivering high-performance, user centric web and mobile applications.
