Paradigm indicates unbilled consumption

Paradigm made it clear that there was excess consumption during the day, while flow matched the model’s expectations well at night, ruling out significant leakage as the cause. By defining the problem as Integrity, Paradigm indicated to the analyst that there was likely to be an issue with unknown demand in this DMA, and so it proved.
